Dr. Lu Ke-Fan, KMU alumni, the director of Dawu Country Health Center, who got the 28th Medical Dedication Award. During this recent 10 years, Dr. Lu spends 2 hours driving from Taitung City to Dawu Country every day, just in order to promote 「South-link Ambulance Center」 plan. Fortunately, this plan is going to be done, and the center will be started next year.
Dr. Lu hopes the plan can enhance the medical quality in South-link area.
