In the school organization system, the secretariat is an essential administrative unit that promotes school affairs. The secretariat handles various school affairs and administrative tasks. In addition to strengthening vertical transfer, integration, and cooperation, it also pays more attention to activating horizontal connections and communications with coordination. The secretariat has set up four divisions of administrative affairs, regulatory affairs, alumni and public affairs, and new career development. Due to the business needs of school affairs development and phased tasks, it also set up the Office of Institutional Research & Planning for planning, coordination, improvement, and evaluation of school affairs.
